Hi my name is Paula,
I am a full-time hypnotherapist & counsellor, working in Reading & the surrounding Berkshire Area. I am DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked and fully insured. Accredited by the National Hypnotherapy & National Counselling Society, I am registered on the Professional Standards Authority’s accredited register.

I work in a person-centred way and I am passionate about you reaching your goals. I have been able to help many people come to terms with, and find peace within themselves, and manage a variety of conditions. I can help to change their lives by improving their patterns of thinking. I can empower you to make the necessary changes.
